To kick off this summer for AVR, I had the opportunity to talk with The Jolts, a local rock band that blends many diverse influences. Their music combines elements of classic rock, punk, and blues in a unique way, creating a sound that’s all their own. The boys have a lot of great stories to tell, and they filled me in on how they got into music, the difficulties and importance of choosing a band name, the importance of careful song writing, and the joys of having some quality studio time.
